PURCHASES

I want to keep this web as simple as possible when it comes to the purchasing of merchandise or services from this web site.  At the present time we are not going to include a shopping cart feature for this site.  If you are interested in purchasing any of the gems or other products on these pages, you may contact me at the following  number 208-788-5767, at which point we may concluded a transaction.  We will accept the following credit cards, for security purposes we will conduct all credit card transactions over the phone.  A conformation email will be sent on the completion of all purchases.

 

Cashier checks, wire transfers, and personal checks, are also acceptable forms of payment but will require more time.   Please keep this in mind when making a purchase. NO GEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL FUNDS ARE SECURED. 

We adhere to all PCI industry data security standards regarding cardholder information.

CHARGES/SHIPPING

Shipping charges will be added on to your purchase.   All packages will be shipped via INSURED MAIL with proof of receipt.  This may be slower, but your purchase is insured for full value.  The proof of receipt is for our return policy, so we know what the date of receipt was.  If requested to ship another method or overnight the return policy begins on date of shipment at the customers full responsibility.  We can ship using any of the following shippers.

Our policy is to abide by all current tax codes and tax law, we will collect taxes were applicable, and charge accordingly.  All shipments within the state of Idaho will be taxed at 6%.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept any returned merchandise for a refund, with the following stipulations.  We must be notified with in 10 days of receipt of product, that the consumer intends to return the product.  All sales are final after the 10 day period.   We will refund the purchase price of the product less the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.  The refund will not take place until the product is in hand and inspected to be in original condition.  If for some reason the product is damaged we will accept the return and charge for repair or recutting and loss of value based on the original purchase price.

ITEMS ON SALE.
We will run sales on occasion and this is the policy regarding such sales.  The sale shall consist of any item currently listed as on sale.  All sales are final with a no return policy, other wise all purchases and shipping are as indicated above.
